Planners

Our Planners aim in keeping you within your budget.  Their goal is to ensure your event is taken care of from idea conception to bringing it to life.  They scout and work closely with vendors, creating and negotiating contracts to meet your events’ expectations.

Coordinators

Budget planning is #1

Our Coordinators take control of every facet of a meeting or event.   They aid in the programming of the day-of the wedding or consult you on the newest and trendiest styles for your corporate event.  They will go over the events details from decorations, catering, music, events’ rehearsals, etc., guide you to venues, caterers, tastings, bridal shops, etc.  Coordinators work with your vendors on "The Day-Of" to make sure your event runs smoothly, efficiently, and are ready to handle unforeseen crisis that may arise. Our Coordinators oversee every aspect of your event from beginning to end.

Event Decorators

​We take your ideas and style your event to your satisfaction.  An event styled to meet your personality, objective, and of course your budget.

Our experienced staff, Decorators and Designers, are ready to hear your celebratory ideas.  Whether you have a theme or a concept, they will work with you to meet your events’ desires.  They have great creative minds to decorate indoors, outdoors, and canopy/tent events.  Whether decorating for birthdays, baby showers, bar/bat mitzvahs, seminars, conferences, community block parties, reunions, weddings, quinceañeras, etc. their designed creations make any occasion look spectacular.  We will help you with the details for your event.

Event Vendors

We have a list of vendors whom we work with to bring your event the full splendor it deserves. We only contract vendors who are licensed and have the proper requirements set forth by the state, city, and venue.  

Our caterers, bakers, video, and photographers, make-up artists, hairstylists, groomers, bridal & tuxedo shops, are professionals in their industry.  But, if you have your own vendor(s), no problem!  We work with your facility’s preferred vendors to meet the needs of your festivity.  After all, our job is to make sure you enjoy your affair and be worry-free.

We carry our own party rental equipment like tables, tablecloths, chairs, chair covers, chaffing dishes, and heaters.  We also have curtains and other decorating props for your event. 

We have experienced personnel with a food handling card to cater to your guests, arrange the table settings and cover every area needed.
